Cindy Gasior completed the HSR Certified Professional Home Staging and Interior Redesign training, the most comprehensive course in the country provided by the Home Staging Resource. The HSR Certification program is accredited by the Real Estate Staging Association (RESA), who is the only third-party, governing association for the home staging industry.

Cindy Gasior is founder and president of Transitions Home Staging. She has been staging houses in the greater Tulsa area since 2005. Cindy is an HSR Certified Professional Home Stager and Redesigner and a CSH Certified Home Staging Expert. Cindy was named the 2017 Top Ten In RESA® Best Occupied Home Stager Of The Year United States and the 2017 Top Ten In RESA® Best Vacant Home Stager Of The Year United States. In 2012, Cindy was hired to outfit the housing for the cast of the movie, August: Osage County which was filmed in and around Bartlesville and Pawhuska. The cast members who lived in the lofts designed and furnished by Transitions included Meryl Streep, Julia Roberts, Chris Cooper, Ewan McGregor, Dermot Mulroney, Juliette Lewis, Julianne Nicholson, Margo Martindale and Abigail Breslin.
Assistant Home Stager / Interior Designer
Grace Powell is assistant home stager and interior designer for Transitions Home Staging. She has been staging houses in the greater Tulsa area since 2014.
Grace majored in interior design at Oklahoma State University where she earned a BS degree in Human Science – Design, Housing, and Merchandising.
She believes staging is a key component in marketing a home to prospective buyers. Grace is passionate about helping others achieve their selling goals.

Walt Gasior is vice-president of marketing and logistics for Transitions Home Staging. He is a CSH Home Staging Expert and has been staging houses since 2010. Walt also manages Transitions website and social media.

Flipping the Heartland - Transitions Home Staging staged 4 houses for the new HGTV show "Flipping the Heartland" in the summer of 2014. So far, our staging work on two of the houses aired on June 23rd on HGTV. The host, Melinda Wiafe, called what we do "staging magic"!
"Investor Quick Flip" - One episode was titled "Investor Quick Flip" which was a house in Brookside area of Tulsa. The episode shows our staging magic for this house on St. Louis Avenue.!
"Team Flip" - The second episode on June 23rd was "Team Flip" featuring a house in the Woodland Hills area of Tulsa. Cindy and Grace can be seen on camera doing some initial staging work. In addition, two Realtor friends, Liz Fugate and Barbara Senn, are shown during the open house.
Future Episodes - We look forward to seeing the episodes of the other two houses we staged for Flipping the Heartland. And we hope that you can see the first two episodes when they air again as we are very proud of our staging.
